Business planning and development skills are severely underdeveloped among Somali youth. Our programs are rectifying this absence of capacity, allowing youth to deploy their technical and vocational skills anddevelop successful businesses.
Through a four-month advanced entrepreneurial trainingprogram similar to a mini-MBA, we equip youth who have a desire to launch enterprises with advanced understanding of business principles.Graduates achieve an advanced understanding of how to start and run abusiness, budgeting, marketing, and accessing financialservices. They are prepared to launchan enterprise or find a job using their newly developed skills.
