In order to take an effective community approach to the debilitating issues affecting Somali youth, war-affected youth, minorities, women and girls, government support and engagementis essential. Presently the Somaligovernment has limited capacityandresources to support empowerment and reintegration programs.
We assist in the development of government capacity to implement and oversee youth employment and reintegration programs and bringan end to the social exclusion of war-affected youth, minorities andwomen.
